What a fun busy weekend!
First, I went to the cinema and saw Saving Mr. Banks. It was such a WONDERFUL movie! There were really funny moments mixed with some really emotional moments. It was beautifully filmed. I remember thinking that I needed to watch Mary Poppins again, because this movie made me rethink the way I viewed Mr Banks (I know it sounds weird but it'll make sense once you see the movie.) I also loved that there was no swearing, violence, or sexual content and yet it was still a great movie! YOU DON'T NEED THAT STUFF!! I think this movie was my favourite of the year. If you are a fan of Mary Poppins then you have to see this movie!!
I then went to Aaron's family Christmas Party. It was so nice to see everyone. The family gets bigger and bigger every year :) Hannah was so spoiled with all her lovely presents. It was a fun time but I did feel sad that Aaron couldn't be there. I do think the highlight, for me anyways, was watching everyone get to skype Aaron. I am so thankful for technology that allows us to feel closer together.
Then today, we went to church, had a delicous dinner, and played Head's Up (we are addicted!)
I am so tired and have to be up really early tomorrow!
