~ Summer Blogging Day One ~

I am going to challenge myself to blog everyday in July.

Summer Blogging Day One : New Year's Resolution Update

I can't believe we are half way through the year already!

Here is a quick update on the goals I set in January

Spiritual Goals
1. Daily Family and personal prayer and scripture study
- while reading the scriptures I want to focus on what I can learn from the women in the scriptures
2. Weekly Family Home Evenings

Family Goals
1. Get out of debt
2. Learn to save
3. Do more planned family activities
- not just walking around target or watching a movie

Personal Goals
1. Make working out and eating better a part of my everyday life
2. Stress less
3. Work on improving my blog
4. Read seventy five books

Spiritually, I suck! I have been doing really well with personal prayer but that is about it. Time to get back into really studying the scriptures.

I am so excited about the family goals! The Craig family is 100% credit card debt free!! That is a really big accomplishment for us. Now to work on paying off the car and motorcycle.
I have come to the conclusion I will never learn how to save, and Hannah and I have some fun activities for the summer planned.

Personal goals are pretty good as well. I started running this year and I am really enjoying it. I try to eat better but just love chocolate. I still stress just as much. . . . . I don't see that changing.
My blog is coming along nicely.
And lastly, read seventy five books. That was an insane challenge, but so far I am right on schedule : )

Goals for the rest of the year.

Spiritual Goals
1. Scripture Study!
2. Family Home Evening.
3. Family History.

Family Goals
1. Learn to budget and stick to it
2. Learn to save
3. Eat dinner together at the table and make it a BIG DEAL!

Personal Goals
 1. Increase my running distance to six miles
2. Write at least three blog posts a week
3. Continue to read : )
