I started reading a book called Becoming His by Emily Freeman.
It is a daily journey towards discipleship.
The first chapter talks about how we can become His by becoming more. On page 13 I read the quote, "Welcome the task that takes you beyond yourself." I immediately grabbed a pen and paper and wrote it down. There are so many times in life when we feel anxious or inadequate. I know if we will open our hearts and lives to the Saviour, and his atoning sacrifice, we can become so much more.
It will be worth it, because we are worth it.
